Our Story
Smash Interviews was born from a simple observation: most interview preparation is guesswork.
Job seekers spend hours researching generic interview questions that rarely match what they’re actually asked. Meanwhile, those who’ve already been through the interview process hold valuable knowledge that could help others, but there’s no easy way to share it.
We created Smash Interviews to change that.
Founded in 2021 by CDE, we set out to build the UK’s most comprehensive database of real interview questions from real companies. What started as a small collection has grown into a community-powered platform with over 5,000+ genuine interview questions from hundreds of UK employers.
